 trk_idf::apply_resources
        Apply values from a resources file.

 Usage:
        idfref -> apply_resources, resources, prefix=prefix

 Argument:
        resources       string  A 2xn array of resources and values.

 Keyword:
        prefix          string  An identifier for which instrument we
                                are working with.

 Notes:
        Known resources are:
                IDF: The name of the IDF.DAT file.
                TRK_PATH: The search path for track data, if this
                begins with a "+" then it is added to the default,
                else it replaces the default, for unix this is a colon
                separated list.
