trk_idf::read_centres

 trk_idf::read_centres
        Read the centrelines file.

 Usage:
        trkidf -> read_centres[, file]

 Argument:
        file    string  If given, then read the bins data from this
                        file, under normal circumstances this should
                        not be used as setting the version should pick
                        up a properly matched set of files.
